IO OI2024-03-27I reached out to 3 Perth building and pest inspection firms for a phone-back, to get a quote for pre-purchase due diligence on a property. Justin from Resicert was the only one that phoned back - he did it on the same day. He answered my newbie-at-this questions on the phone and also told me his available day/times for inspection. He followed up with an email quote, which I accepted by email. The next day, he scheduled the inspection directly with the seller’s agent, and confirmed to me by email that it would take place in 2 business days. The inspection for both building and pests went ahead as scheduled and the report was sent to me within 24 hours as promised, and it contained all the detail (including photos) that I was expecting, Happy that the pest report did not find any active pests, but also happy that it explained the full context of the inspection and findings. As a result, I made certain pre-settlement remediation requests of the seller, which were not challenged and were implemented. In short, very happy with the whole experience including outcomes. No hesitation in recommending these services from Resicert to others, and I will go to them again if the need arises.
