Andrew Teston brings a vast background to the position of Franchise Operations Manager, supported by over 20 years of sales and leadership experience in the building industry. A versatile expert (“trade of all trades”), having successfully established and operated a Resicert property inspection franchise for nearly a decade. Before stepping into his current role, he successfully established and ran his own Resicert property inspection franchise for nearly a decade.
Now, the focus is on utilising that deep, hands-on experience to train and mentor the team, sharing knowledge to help the wider Resicert family achieve their business goals.
Outside work, Andrew is known for old-school values and a passion for old American cars, travel, and spending time with family and friends.
