I’ve been around in terms of work industries – starting my working career as Medical Sales Rep, then moving to Manufacturing as a Supervisor and even doing a bit in the area of Human Resources… but the I decided that working from home was the way to go – and have been building a career in outsourcing ever since.

Here at Resicert my main task is to man Zendesk – this is an online platform where all problems/issues/concerns can be submitted and sorted out. I provide realtime feedback to issues and concerns as they are submitted to Zendesk. I do other stuff as well.. but this is my main function and is a big part of maintaining our quality standards.

My Wife and I love to travel by Motorbike just to see places or go to the beach. In my free time I do Motocross or Mountain trailing, Target Shooting/Tactical shooting, or for a lazy day a good movie and delicious snacks will do.
