Jordan Bailey leads the development and management of Resicert’s AI and automation stack. Transitioning from a background in the arts and customer service into an eight-year tenure in Project Management, Jordan now applies that experience to building efficiency at scale.
His core focus involves managing ‘Jess,’ the AI phone receptionist, and designing custom workflows that reduce manual administration and speed up response times. Jordan also conducts AI learning sessions to help the team work smarter. Driven by Resicert’s purpose-filled culture, he spends his free time with his wife and kids, serving his church, training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or riding motorcycles with his dad.
