Coming from an HR background and having worked for many years at an executive level for a national recruitment company, Anna has consulted with business owners – both small and large – as well as operational managers on people management, business growth, and risk strategies in day-to-day operations.
Anna is extremely people-focused and loves the human side of work. From identifying and working through challenges to supporting career progression, she enjoys people development and communication more than anything in her role.
Brought on board to manage operations, Anna now works at the CEO level with Resicert to strategise long-term growth and risk management, while also ensuring day-to-day compliance and processes are in place to maintain the smooth functioning of operations as a whole.
