As buyers of a house seeking an urgent 2nd opinion for Pest and Building inspection, we were recommended Brent's services. We chose him for his building and construction background, and good reviews and he came across as a very friendly and knowledgeable guy. When we offered to send him the previous inspection reports (provided by the seller's agent) for review and comparison, he suggested not doing so, until after he has completed his inspection, so as to remain objective and non-biased. We attended the inspection with his permission. Brent arrived punctually and came equipped with all his high-tech tools. At the end of a thorough inspection, he gave us a debrief and with an amazing turnaround time, produced very comprehensive reports on the same day! He also patiently and clearly answered all of our questions and provided valuable insights. We had opted for the plus package and received well over 300 photos with detailed descriptions of each area. We are happy to have entrusted him with this job and can see that he takes pride and care in his work. Highly recommend Brent as a reliable, helpful, skillful, ethical, and efficient inspector.
