Louis is a Licensed Building and Pest Inspector of Resicert. His previous professional experience is as a Mechanical Fitter and Turner, having worked in the mining, marine, industrial construction, and industrial plant processing industries. Construction is his passion, so Louis became involved in the housing industry whereby he has undertaken full and partial property renovations and completed new housing construction projects throughout his working career.
