Rod started working in the IT Industry in February 2006. It was then that he discovered that he enjoys troubleshooting IT related problems and fixing them. He has worked as a System/Server Administrator, Network Security Technician, Service Desk Analyst and Technical Support Representative. Now, he is our resident IT expert and he will be working on IT-related Zendesk tickets.
When not troubleshooting IT problems, he spends his time watching movies at home with his family and playing basketball. He also enjoys singing in a Christian Church where he is the Choir Leader.
I am very thankful to be a part of this great company. The staff members are friendly and they are awesome! This job gives me an opportunity to explore new things especially in IT. Resicert is a blessing for me and for my family.
