Rod began his career in the IT industry in February 2006, where he discovered his passion for troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
Over the years, he has gained extensive experience as a System/Server Administrator, Network Security Technician, Service Desk Analyst, and Technical Support Representative.
Today, he serves as our resident IT expert, handling IT-related Zendesk tickets with dedication and expertise.
Outside of work, Rod enjoys spending time with his family watching movies at home and playing musical instruments where he shares his love for music as a Content Creator.
