Sunil Pruthi spent nearly 10 years in the telecommunication industry which involved installation, testing, and maintenance of fibre optic and copper cables, data points, routers, and the associated equipment. Understanding complex diagrams and doing site assessments on a daily basis helped him build great attention to detail. He also once managed a crew of pit and pipe construction work laying communications infrastructure. The role gave him exposure to meeting a variety of interesting people and working in a range of commercial and residential properties. Prior to that, Sunil was also involved in various customer-oriented roles and even ran his own pizza shop for about 4 years.
Having been through the buying and selling process more than a few times, Sunil understands that it can be a very stressful process. He is dedicated to helping buyers discover the unknowns of a property so they can make an informed decision about their investment.
In his spare time, he goes on nature walks with family or friends, plays tennis, and swims. He also loves trying everything that the latest technology has to offer. Otherwise sitting on the couch listening to music or watching cricket with some chilled beer.
