Sunil has called Melbourne’s western suburbs home for over 15 years and has been delivering property and pest inspections in the area for nearly five years, completing over 2,000 inspections along the way.

With a background spanning telecommunications and civil construction, along with a Certificate IV in Building and Construction, Sunil brings sharp attention to detail and formal training to every inspection. He has worked with a wide range of clients — from first home buyers navigating the process for the very first time, to seasoned investors growing their portfolio — and understands that each client’s needs and concerns are different.
