Called Ian late Monday afternoon to arrange his services, Ian was extremely professional and knew exactly what was required of him. He then promptly contacted the real estate and booked the inspection in at 9 o'clock the following morning. Once the inspection was complete Ian the called me straight away and was very informative on what his recommendations were. 2 hours after this phone call from Ian I had received all the reports and had them forwarded to my bank & the real estate.
