If you have built your own home or undertaking any remodeling projects (such as an addition) over a certain value, and you now decide to sell it, the law requires an Owner Builder Warranty Inspection. You will be required of this inspection if:
- You are selling a property within six or seven years from the original building or the renovations
- You are required by law to purchase Builder Warranty / Home Indemnity insurance in Sydney or Bateman`s bay.
