The Only Property Builders You Need
Properties that are less than six years require a Builder Warranty Inspection in Brisbane or Sunshine Coast. This is an inspection to ensure the builder did what he was contracted to do, and did it right. These are the two main reasons for having a builder warranty inspection:
- Making sure that the building was built properly and according to specifications and code.
- Warns you of any inconveniences or potential problems with the property.

- Thorough inspection of all major systems (electrical, plumbing)
- Easy to read report on the overall status of your home
- An inventory of warranty defects and who is responsible for correcting them
- Recommended or optional repairs
Defects
Making good any defect in work done or materials supplied under a contract must be met by the builder if the builder is notified of the defect within 4 months (or a greater period if provided for in the contract) after practical completion of the building work. Nevertheless , you and the builder may agree in the contract that specific defects are excluded from this provision.

Manoj did a great job with our first home final inspection. He gave us information which we never knew is important before taking a new house handover. I liked that Manoj is very accomodating to any ad-hoc request that we had. For example - he couldn't check the roof on the day of the inspection due to bad weather, he provided us with a solution and went back the following day and coordinate with the building manager the date and time which saved us from taking another permission and going to the long procedure. He just made a call, went there, took photos, and sent his report. Excellent job! I would recommend him not only because he does his job right, but I would also refer him because he is accomodating, make things easy for clients, go the extra mile to assist, and very professional.

Jae completed the inspection over and above his normal call of duties. Not only did he perform the inspection on a public holiday, I received both reports midnight. He also summarised the findings for me in an email as the reports are quite long and daunting for the timers like me.
