Legislation in Queensland requires pool owners to have a safe and compliant pool environment. Fines for non-compliance can be significant and are directly applied to a pool owner. Pool owners are always directly responsible for the safety and condition of their pool.
QBCC Certificates of Compliance are required for a pool safety inspection whenever a property changes hands or is leased to a tenant.
Be sure that your pool safety inspector has a QBCC license to conduct the inspection, or you could be acquiring an incomplete assessment of your pool area.
All of our detailed reports are clear and easy to read and are available usually within 48 hours. You will also receive a thorough verbal report before the inspector leaves.
We have 4 different levels of inspections available. All reports cover structural certainty, roof cavity, subfloor, interior of every room, outside house perimeter, fences, outbuildings and trees.

I liked that Manoj is very accomodating to any ad-hoc request that we had. For example - he couldn't check the roof on the day of the inspection due to bad weather, he provided us with a solution and went back the following day and coordinate with the building manager the date and time which saved us from taking another permission and going to the long procedure. He just made a call, went there, took photos, and sent his report. Excellent job! Jae completed the inspection over and above his normal call of duties. Not only did he perform the inspection on a public holiday, I received both reports midnight. He also summarised the findings for me in an email as the reports are quite long and daunting for the timers like me. He also explained the issues several times so I have a very good understanding of what the issues are. He even kept my lawyers in the loop and saved me time as well. Can't fault with his service.
