We have 4 different levels of inspections available. All reports cover structural certainty, roof cavity, subfloor, interior of every room, outside house perimeter, fences, outbuildings and trees.
The higher the inspection level, the more detail about the home you will receive in the reporting process.

Manoj did a great job with our first home final inspection. He gave us information which we never knew is important before taking a new house handover. I liked that Manoj is very accomodating to any ad-hoc request that we had. For example - he couldn't check the roof on the day of the inspection due to bad weather, he provided us with a solution and went back the following day and coordinate with the building manager the date and time which saved us from taking another permission and going to the long procedure. He just made a call, went there, took photos, and sent his report. Excellent job! I would recommend him not only because he does his job right, but I would also refer him because he is accomodating, make things easy for clients, go the extra mile to assist, and very professional.

Turns out 2 other people fell through on finance before we in purchasing a property. Each of them had there owned build and pest inspection. Jae completed the inspection over and above his normal call of duties. Not only did he perform the inspection on a public holiday, I received both reports midnight. He also summarised the findings for me in an email as the reports are quite long and daunting for the timers like me. He also explained the issues several times so I have a very good understanding of what the issues are. He even kept my lawyers in the loop and saved me time as well. Can't fault with his service.
