I liked that Manoj is very accomodating to any ad-hoc request that we had. For example - he couldn't check the roof on the day of the inspection due to bad weather, he provided us with a solution and went back the following day and coordinate with the building manager the date and time which saved us from taking another permission and going to the long procedure. He just made a call, went there, took photos, and sent his report. Excellent job! I would recommend him not only because he does his job right, but I would also refer him because he is accomodating, make things easy for clients, go the extra mile to assist, and very professional.

Turns out 2 other people fell through on finance before we in purchasing a property. Each of them had there owned build and pest inspection. Neither of the other 2 companies picked up on half the issues or the termite nest in the tree outside. I’m very thankful and glad to have had Aaron inspect our new home. Worth every cent 10/10 for honesty and service. He also did a moisture check which identified leaky water fitting behind the vanity that none of the other inspectors had picked up on (mind you they probably didn’t look or check.)

As I have no building knowledge, Bradley kindly explained the reasons to why certain plants, greenery and vines were not conducive in living in close proximity to my house. Jae completed the inspection over and above his normal call of duties. Not only did he perform the inspection on a public holiday, I received both reports midnight. He also summarised the findings for me in an email as the reports are quite long and daunting for the timers like me. He also explained the issues several times so I have a very good understanding of what the issues are. He even kept my lawyers in the loop and saved me time as well. Can't fault with his service. Excellent service with a straight talking inspector. Provided a full 20 page report with clear photos and description that anyone could make sense off. Found 1 cracked roof tile, Andrew took it upon himself to replace the tile with a spare he found at no extra cost. I'm very impressed and will be recommending to everyone.
